Well, I'm not going to quote MacArthur on this one.......I AM OUT OF HERE!
My time in purgatory (ie, Beaumont) is over. I'm being transferred to
Salt Lake City, UT! I'll be 4 hours from Moab, 2 hours from Sand Dunes, and surronded by great Jeepin!
See ya'll,
-Jason

as a native of Purgatory, I'm happy to say,

"Don't let the door hit you on the way out!"

"Come back sometime you can't stay so long."

No wonder Racisism won't go away. People like you still can't get over this North South thing. I'm not a Yankee, I was born in CA, grew up in CA, MS, and NC.

I thought everyone North of the Red River where Yankees....And those that came to visit and stayed in this wonderful country we know as Texas were called Dam Yankees.

If Texas is so wonderful why is it so hard to find places to 'wheel?
:-)
I'm sorry, I've enjoyed my time in Texas. I like the weather (some like it hot), I like the people, I love the food, but I'm not so attached to any one place that I can't see an opportunity when it comes a knockin......I'm getting a promotion, a raise, and I'll be:
4 hours from Moab
10 Hours from the Rubicon
12 hours from the Glamis sand dunes
8 hours from Farmington NM
Not to mention the trails less than 2 hours from Salt Lake

Even if I was to stay in Texas.....Beaumont would NOT be my first choice. Sorry if anyone is from Beaumont, I don't like it here.
this is just a general rant..... :-)
